About The Role

Join KAYAK as a Technical Product Manager for our experimentation platform. In this global role, you will lead the development and evolution of a strategic platform that supports A/B testing and expands to broader testing use cases. You will work closely with Engineering, Data, and Product partners to deliver a platform that enables faster, more trusted decision-making across the company. Responsibilities include owning the roadmap, defining product direction, translating user needs into clear requirements, defining success metrics, and continuously improving the platform.

  • Own the roadmap for KAYAK's experimentation platform, aligning priorities with business goals and platform needs.
  • Define and communicate a clear product direction, from current A/B testing capabilities to broader testing use cases over time.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data, and Product teams to shape features, requirements, and implementation plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, or platform product management within a technology environment — equivalent experience, training, or transferable skills are considered
  • Experience owning complex products or platforms with multiple collaborators and technical dependencies
  • Strong knowledge of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing concepts, statistical foundations (significance, power, confidence intervals, multiple comparisons, and sequential testing), trade-offs, and common pitfalls
  • Strong product and project management skills, including roadmap definition, prioritization, and cross-functional execution
  • Comfort working with engineers and data practitioners on technically complex topics
  • High ownership, sound judgment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority
  • Experience reading and writing SQL
  • Hands-on familiarity with the statistics underpinning experimentation — power and sample-size planning, confidence intervals, multiple testing / false discovery, and sequential or group-sequential analysis
