RevOps Analyst (AI & Automation)

Suki · Redwood City, United States

About The Role

Join Suki, a healthcare technology company, as a RevOps Analyst focused on AI and automation. In this role, you will design and implement AI-powered automations for recurring RevOps workflows, while also managing a set of hands-on operational tasks. You will work closely with the function head to set clear direction and priorities, and proactively identify opportunities for automation. This is a builder's role that requires a fast, proactive doer with strong analytical and operational skills.

  • Design and implement AI-powered automations for recurring RevOps workflows, including reporting and forecasting.
  • Own a defined set of hands-on operational tasks, such as user and license management, invoicing mechanics, and reporting support.
  • Proactively identify workflows that are ripe for automation and pitch how to tackle them, driving cross-functional follow-ups to ensure successful implementation.
  • Clear communicator who can drive cross-functional follow-through
  • Strong spreadsheet and slide-building skills (Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides) - comfortable turning data into clean, decision-ready decks
  • Genuinely AI-native: hands-on experience building with Claude (including Claude Code), designing agents, and prompt engineering. You already reach for AI tools to solve problems
  • Around 2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/CS Ops, Business Operations, or a closely related analytical/operational role - or at least one year of hands-on AI/automation work
  • An execution-first, high-ownership mindset - fast, proactive, detail-tolerant, and comfortable with both ambiguous build work and hands-on operational tasks
  • Comfort with no-code/low-code automation (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Make) and connecting tools via APIs
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce and Gainsight
  • Background in healthcare and/or B2B SaaS
  • *We don’t necessarily expect you to have done everything on the list, but you should be able to make a credible case for most of it — and most importantly, to show that you’re enthusiastic about Suki’s mission and ready for a challenge
  • You're happy to roll up your sleeves on the unglamorous work because you know that's where the best automation ideas come from
  • Exposure to BI tools (Tableau) and modern RevOps stacks
  • You'd rather own a problem than hand it off - and you want to be the person who made the team measurably faster
  • You take direction well but bring creativity to how you execute
  • You see a manual, repetitive process and your instinct is to automate it
  • Some real coding experience (Python, SQL, or similar) - a strong plus, though not required
