Senior Recruiter

Join Proton, a fast-growing company in the SaaS industry, as a Senior Recruiter. In this hybrid role based in Cambridge, MA, you will drive our hiring strategy and execution, manage our ATS, and oversee recruiting events. You will have a significant impact on shaping Proton's growth and talent foundation.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for critical roles across various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate data, reporting, and efficient workflows.
• Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and create strategic hiring plans aligned to growth.
• Have 2–5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS or startup environments
• Have a track record of hiring across technical and non-technical roles
• Thrive in creating structure out of ambiguity, and enjoy owning both strategy and hands-on execution
• Are data-driven, organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• Bring ATS experience and a focus on process optimization
