Corporate Finance Manager

In this role, you will support the Corporate Finance team in various activities, including financing and strategy, investment and M&A activities, and overall transaction management. • Support the Corporate Finance team in reviewing, analyzing, structuring, and executing financing and investment activities.
• Manage activities related to portfolio level M&A, including the acquisition of startup companies and infrastructure assets.
• Lead project finance debt raising for Battery Energy Storage projects and asset finance debt raising for EV Fleet projects.

• A quantitative / analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
• 4-5 years’ Corporate Finance / relevant experience
• Strong academic track record and preferably, qualified or part-qualified in either of the following – ACA, ACCA, CFA
