About The Role

Join Zenobē, a leading company in the clean energy sector, as a Corporate Finance Manager. In this role, you will support the Corporate Finance team in various activities, including financing and strategy, investment and M&A activities, and overall transaction management. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced growth environment and make a significant impact on the company's mission to promote a zero carbon world.

  • Support the Corporate Finance team in reviewing, analyzing, structuring, and executing financing and investment activities.
  • Manage activities related to portfolio level M&A, including the acquisition of startup companies and infrastructure assets.
  • Lead project finance debt raising for Battery Energy Storage projects and asset finance debt raising for EV Fleet projects.

  • A desire to work for a scale up business with the ability to have an agile approach, curious mind, personal resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine passion for finance
  • A quantitative / analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
  • 4-5 years’ Corporate Finance / relevant experience
  • Strong academic track record and preferably, qualified or part-qualified in either of the following – ACA, ACCA, CFA
