Senior Corporate Finance Associate

Join Zenobē, a leading company in the clean energy sector, as a Senior Corporate Finance Associate. In this role, you will support the Corporate Finance team in various activities including project finance debt raising, asset finance debt raising, portfolio level debt raising, joint ventures, and commercial partnerships. You will also manage activities related to portfolio level M&A, expansion in new markets, and post-M&A integration. • Support the Corporate Finance team in reviewing, analyzing, structuring, and executing financing and investment activities.
• Manage activities related to portfolio level M&A, including the acquisition of startup companies and infrastructure assets.
• Actively contribute to Zenobe's commitment to health and safety, wellbeing, and sustainability by integrating these principles into daily responsibilities.
• Ability to build strong internal and external working relationships
• A true interest in Clean Energy & Sustainability
• 2-3 years’ Corporate Finance / relevant experience
• Strong academic track record and preferably, qualified or part-qualified in either of the following – ACA, ACCA, CFA
• A genuine passion for finance
• Eager to learn about the wider Corporate Finance function in a fast-paced growth environment
• A quantitative / analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
• A desire to work for a scale up business with the ability to have an agile approach, curious mind, personal resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• A pro-active self-starter, willing to shape your own role and present ideas and suggestions
