HR Systems Engineer (Mid-Level)

• Gagner une connaissance approfondie des outils actuels, de leurs configurations et de leur intégration.
• Administrer et soutenir les changements de configuration quotidiens dans BambooHR, Lever, Lattice, ADP et d'autres systèmes RH.
• Évaluer le paysage actuel des outils RH et identifier les lacunes, les redondances ou les risques dans la pile existante.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, IT, and Finance stakeholders
• 3+ years of experience administering HR systems (BambooHR, Lever, Lattice, ADP, Workday, or similar)
• Familiarity with identity/provisioning concepts (Okta or similar IDP)
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP/finance systems, particularly around data integration points
• Strong analytical and documentation skills — able to translate a messy current-state into a coherent system/integration map
• Experience mapping or maintaining integrations between SaaS platforms (API-based, middleware, or native connectors)
• Prior experience evaluating or taking part in an HR systems vendor selection/migration
• Exposure to SOC 2 or similar compliance frameworks
