Marketing Programs Coordinator

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support campaign execution, lead management, and performance tracking. • Monitor and manage marketing-qualified lead (MQL) workflows across EMEA and APAC, ensuring appropriate routing and follow-up.
• Maintain CRM data quality and hygiene, supporting lead routing, campaign attribution, and pipeline administration processes.
• Support execution of integrated demand generation campaigns across digital channels, assisting with email marketing, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce as well as marketing platforms such as HubSpot, 6Sense, Marketo, Pardot, or similar
• Highly analytical with strong organizational and project management skills
• Exposure to SaaS, technology, compliance, cybersecurity, or enterprise software markets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with regional or international B2B demand gen programs
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or a related role
• Familiarity with emerging trends and best practices for leveraging AI across marketing process, technology and analytics
