Senior Software Engineer (BPC)

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and drive the architectural vision for key features. You will be responsible for project execution, community knowledge sharing, and ensuring engineering excellence. This is a full-time position with a salary range of £55,000 to £90,000, depending on experience.

• Lead technical initiatives, make critical design decisions, and mentor engineers to elevate the team's capabilities.
• Drive the architectural vision for key features, designing robust, scalable systems and contributing to the technical roadmap.
• Champion best practices by writing clean, efficient code, leading rigorous code reviews, and implementing comprehensive automated testing.
