Product Manager

Join our team as a Product Manager, where you'll drive execution across our product roadmap and develop strong fundamentals in building and shipping high-quality software products. This role is ideal for someone with prior product management experience who is looking to grow as an individual contributor PM while deepening their execution, product thinking, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment. You'll own feature development end-to-end, develop product requirements, partner closely with engineering and design, support launches and rollouts, contribute to product discovery, build and analyze product metrics, and work across the product roadmap.

• Own feature development end-to-end: Drive features from initial concept through launch, including scoping, requirements gathering, testing, rollout, feedback collection, and iteration.
• Develop product requirements: Create product briefs and PRDs with clear requirements and acceptance criteria, incorporating input from engineering, design, operations, and other business stakeholders.
• Partner closely with engineering and design: Ensure smooth collaboration, unblock issues, and maintain development velocity throughout the product lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills and data fluency, preference for a background in SQL
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a product management role, with experience working on complex product features alongside engineering and design teams
• Comfortable operating in a highly collaborative environment with shared ownership across teams and product areas
• Preferred: Experience in Fintech or B2B SaaS
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership of outcomes
• Strong execution skills and attention to detail
• Desire to grow as an individual contributor (IC) product manager, taking on increasing ownership and scope over time
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Technical fluency and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior engineering teams
