About The Role

Join Suno, a leading AI company, as the AI Adoption Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for embedding AI into non-engineering functions, building trust, understanding workflows, and finding the simplest solutions. You will prototype and build solutions, develop AI training programs, and shape the company's approach to AI usage and guidelines. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience working closely with business and non-engineering functions, excellent communication skills, and hands-on technical ability in modern AI tooling.

Lead the end-to-end AI adoption process for non-engineering teams, embedding deeply, building trust, and understanding their workflows.
Prototype and build AI solutions yourself where possible, and collaborate with engineering teams for more complex implementations.
Develop and implement AI training programs for employees, ensuring effective, safe, and confident use of AI across the organization.
An optimistic, empathetic, and responsible attitude toward AI enablement
Hands-on technical ability to prototype and build in modern AI tooling (e.g., agentic coding and AI work environments)
8+ years of experience working closely with business and non-engineering functions, ideally at a senior+ level
Excellent communication and trust-building across very different audiences
Experience standing up trainings, enablement programs, or domain knowledge bases
Direct experience in an AI enablement, AI ops, or internal-tools function
Background spanning both operating and engineering or data work
