Creator Community & Scaled Programs Manager

Join Suno, a leading creative platform, as a Creator Community & Scaled Programs Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for growing and supporting Suno's creative programs at scale, including our artist incubator program and short-form music video feed. You will engage with high-potential users and developing creatives, provide support and resources, and build scalable support systems. You will also monitor program health, ensure a high-quality creator experience, and translate feedback into insights for various teams. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in community management, creator management, or program management, and a strong interest in creator ecosystems or music.

• Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour soutenir le développement des créateurs et l'engagement de la communauté Suno à grande échelle.
• Identifier, activer et engager les utilisateurs et les créateurs en développement pour les transformer en communautés rétentives et engageantes.
• Construire et gérer des systèmes de support évolutifs pour les programmes créatifs, y compris les flux de travail de boîte de réception, les flux d'intégration, les FAQ, les ressources d'aide.
• Interest in creator ecosystems, marketplaces, or music is a plus
• 4+ years of experience in community management, creator management, or program management at a tech or creator platform
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (required); experience with automation tools, lightweight scripting, or AI-assisted workflows is a strong plus
• Experience working with CRMs and operational tooling, with a focus on workflow design
• Strong builder mindset – you enjoy creating systems, not just running them
• Strong written communication skills; ability to create clear documentation and external-facing materials
• Strong organizational and execution skills; ability to manage multiple systems and workflows simultaneously
• Experience working with high-volume workflows and scaling processes across large user bases
• Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage environments; ability to turn messy processes into structured systems
