• Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, deeply understanding team needs and shaping hiring strategies.
• Own full-cycle recruiting across marketing, growth, and corporate functions, building high-quality, targeted pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, and leadership to support hiring goals, using data and market insight to inform hiring strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions
• A thoughtful, structured approach to evaluating talent
• Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Ashby) and modern sourcing tools
• Interest in building processes—not just executing against them
• Experience operating independently and driving searches without heavy oversight
• Passion for music and creative technology is a plus
• Demonstrated success owning and closing roles across GTM and corporate functions
• 5–7 years of recruiting experience with significant in-house experience (startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred)
