• Collaborer avec les responsables du recrutement pour comprendre les exigences techniques et développer des stratégies de sourcing efficaces pour les rôles d'ingénierie, de produit et de design.
• Construire et maintenir un pipeline solide de candidats qualifiés grâce à une recherche proactive, des références et un réseautage au sein des communautés de l'ingénierie logicielle, de l'IA et de la technologie musicale.
• Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de recrutement créatives pour attirer des talents diversifiés sur des marchés concurrentiels.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully recruiting for engineering (mobile engineering a plus)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring teams
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Ashby) and sourcing tools
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in the technology or startup sector
• A mix of agency and in house experience would be ideal
• Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to evaluate candidates against complex requirements
• Strong passion and interest in music
• Passion for building diverse, inclusive teams
• Strong ability to source passive candidates
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, constantly evolving startup environment
