Software Engineer (Growth)

You will own projects from start to finish, build and iterate across the full stack, design and run A/B experiments, and create scalable systems to support growth campaigns. • Identifying opportunities for user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through engineering.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to build features and tools that enhance user experience.
• Owning projects end-to-end, from initial concept through to shipping and measuring results.
• Experience applying AI tools to new workflows and use cases beyond writing code
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required
• A bias toward shipping fast without sacrificing quality of code or user experience
• 5+ years of experience or equivalent software engineering expertise
• Deep experience with full-stack development
• A love for music is a huge plus
• An ability to translate data into insights and actionable strategies
