Growth Marketing Manager

Join Prolific, a leading platform for academic research and human data collection. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the full funnel for our product-led growth segment, driving acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and have end-to-end ownership of the marketing strategy.

• Own the end-to-end product-led growth (PLG) strategy for Prolific's self-serve customer journey, driving acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.
• Develop and optimise onboarding, lifecycle marketing, in-product messaging, referral programmes and customer journeys to improve activation, adoption and long-term retention.
• Own paid acquisition strategy across search, social and display, working with agency partners and internal teams to optimise performance, budgets and channel effectiveness.
