About The Role

Join Prolific, a leading company in the AI space, as a Platform Engineering Manager. In this role, you will lead our Cloud Platform and SRE teams, driving the technical foundation and reliability that allows Prolific to scale securely and efficiently. You will have the opportunity to work in a cross-functional team, champion SRE culture, own the developer-facing platform, and ensure security and compliance.

Provide leadership, coaching, and professional growth opportunities for one or more Platform teams, fostering a culture of high performance and ownership.
Drive the strategic direction for our infrastructure and platform ensuring robust management of our services like Kubernetes (GKE) clusters. Focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and innovation.
Own availability and embed SRE principles across the organization, including defining SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, and enhancing observability and incident remediation.
