VP of Marketing

Join Prolific, a leading company in the AI space, as the Head of Product Marketing. In this player-coach role, you will lead a team of three PMMs, own product positioning and messaging, build and run the product launch framework, and partner with Product leadership to shape roadmap priorities. You will need at least 7 years of experience in product or solutions marketing, with a proven ability to translate complex products into positioning that resonates with different buyer types.

• Lead and develop a team of 3 PMMs, setting direction, removing blockers, and building their craft across positioning, launches, and sales enablement.
• Own Prolific's product positioning and messaging architecture, and build and run the product launch framework.
• Partner with Product leadership to shape roadmap priorities based on market signal and competitive positioning.
