Data Analyst (Reporting & Analytics)

Join our Reporting team as a Data Analyst III, where you'll deliver insightful analysis on healthcare use and client engagement with the Garner product. You'll partner with relationship managers, own client-facing analysis, build scalable report automation, and develop deep domain expertise. • Collaborate with relationship managers to address client questions through custom and automated analysis, improving the efficiency and accuracy of existing reports.
• Own the end-to-end process of client-facing analysis, from scoping to delivery, and build scalable report automation in collaboration with the data engineering team.
• Identify gaps between client needs and existing reports, proactively develop new insights to fill them, and advocate for best practices in data visualization and communication.

• Autonomy and ownership. Comfortable working independently and owning reporting projects end-to-end
• Cross-functional translation. Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions and to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders
• Making data accessible. A track record of using data analysis to communicate business solutions
• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Consulting, or a similar data-centric role
• Modern data stack. Hands-on with Snowflake (or a comparable cloud warehouse) and SQL at scale; experience with dbt strongly preferred — you'll partner with Data Management in governed pipelines, not just consume their outputs
• Automation mindset. Attention to detail with a bias toward automation and scalability over one-off work
• AI Nativity. Comfort with and excitement about building analytics, building dashboards, and validating results by harnessing the power of AI agents
