Product Designer

Join our Financial Incentives team as a Product Designer. In this role, you will work on user-facing experiences and internal tools that power our claims and payments engine. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, operations, and research teams to design effective, scalable, and impactful tools. You will own design projects from discovery to launch, lead user research efforts, and communicate design rationale with stakeholders. This position offers flexible PTO, hybrid and remote work options, and a variety of social programs.

• Strong product thinking and systems-level problem-solving skills
• Experience with end-to-end design, from ideation and research through to polished UI and implementation support

• A self-starting, humble mindset—you seek out feedback, challenge assumptions, and iterate based on real-world evidence
• 2–3+ years of experience designing digital products—ideally across both internal tools and consumer-facing applications
• A clean and modern aesthetic sensibility—you design for clarity, simplicity, and delight
• Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you’re able to synthesize feedback and advocate for users
• Comfort working with component libraries, design systems, and prototyping tools
