Product Manager (Incentive Experience)

As a Product Manager for the Incentive Experience team, you will shape the member-facing experience for paying for healthcare and being reimbursed for care. You will develop the roadmap for Incentive Experience, build the operational engine and applications, and drive new product and feature development from ideation to launch. • Develop the roadmap for Incentive Experience, shaping our strategy and developing new ways to make Garner the most compelling and convenient way to pay for your healthcare.
• Build the operational engine and applications that will enable us to pay $100m+ in reimbursements in 2026 while scaling rapidly and maintaining exceptional quality of service.
• Drive new product and feature development from ideation to launch, defining success metrics for every initiative and ensuring we have the data in place to measure outcomes.
• Strong consumer product intuition, with a deep understanding of what drives exceptional user experiences
• 3+ years of Product Management experience with at least one role that involved owning and shipping a consumer-facing product or features from discovery through launch and iteration
• Experience building tools for operational teams at scale, with with a clear-eyed understanding of what makes internal products succeed
• Exceptional written communication, with the ability to communicate decisions and strategy clearly and concisely to your team, stakeholders, and executive team
