Senior Product Manager (Employer Experience)

Join Garner, a mission-driven company focused on improving healthcare access and affordability. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the Employer Experience team, responsible for building and enhancing the employer-facing benefit experience. You will own the external-facing experience and internal systems that support how Garner's employer clients interact with the Garner benefit. This role requires a strong technical background, experience in product management, and a desire to be part of a high-performing team.

• Own Garner’s external-facing employer experience strategy and roadmap, including development and expansion of the Garner Portal.
• Drive development of internal revenue and eligibility data products that enable teams across Garner to perform analytics based on Garner’s membership and revenue.
• Partner with product, engineering, operations, legal, and finance to enable 0-to-1 employer-facing products and use cases.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least one role owning a technical or financial product end-to-end
• Strong systems thinking and detail orientation. You instinctively look for edge cases and reason from first principles about how systems can fail
• Strong technical background, with experience owning financial or data systems at scale

• Deep AI fluency, using AI daily to run analyses, build prototypes, and automate workflows. You pride yourself on staying at the bleeding edge of what’s possible
