Sourcing and engaging passive technical talent using various platforms.
Designing top-of-the-funnel strategy and serving as the subject matter expert on creative sourcing techniques.
Moving candidates through the recruiting pipeline with speed and transparency, and effectively pitching candidates on Secureframe.
Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to identify recruiting needs and build a consistent pipeline within an engineering organization
Familiarity with Lever or equivalent ATS experience
1+ years of experience with recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting coordination, preferably in a high growth environment
Exceptional and out of the box sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques (Linkedin Recruiter, Gem, Entelo, etc.)
