HRIS Consultant & Project Manager - Spanish Market

In this role, you will be responsible for customer onboarding, follow-up of key accounts, and contributing to the localization and continuous improvement of the customer success activity in Lucca. • Gestionar la implementación y el onboarding de clientes, asegurando que se cumplan los plazos y el presupuesto.
• Mantener una relación cercana con cuentas clave, proporcionando soporte y gestionando tickets de post-implementación.
• Contribuir a la localización y mejora continua de la actividad de atención al cliente en Lucca, adaptando la oferta al mercado español.

• ❏ You have prior experience in a project management role (at least 2-3 years).
• ❏ A willingness to be a key player in this adventure, contributing to the Spanish market's growth.

• ❏ Native Spanish speaker and proficient in English.
