Tech Lead - Platform Squad

Join Pelico, a fast-growing international SaaS scale-up focused on operational excellence in the manufacturing industry. As a Tech Lead in the Platform Squad, you will own a platform capability end to end, build the substrate, run it as a product, set the bar, harvest the field, and lead by example. You will have a real ownership mandate over a capability cluster, with equity in a category-defining scale-up, and work in a hybrid environment from our Paris HQ.

• Construire le substrat, en autorisant le cadre, l'API, l'exécution ou les outils d'IA dont d'autres équipes dépendent.
• Posséder la feuille de route, les contrats sur lesquels vos consommateurs comptent, la métrique d'adoption et la politique de dépréciation.
• Écrire le code de base, travailler en binôme avec vos ingénieurs, élever leur savoir-faire et faire croître l'équipe.
