Recruiter (3 Month Contract)

Join Workstream, a fast-paced startup focused on scaling our Video Contributor contractor programs. As a Recruiter on a 3-month contract, you will lead high-volume contractor recruiting, develop scalable sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and collaborate with various teams. This role requires strong sourcing skills, experience in high-volume recruiting, and a proactive approach. You will work primarily from our Menlo Park office and have the potential for contract extension based on performance.

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for high-volume Video Contributor contractor hiring, with an initial focus on Menlo Park.
• Develop and execute scalable sourcing strategies across Workstream, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
• Monitor recruiting funnel performance and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates.
• Availability to collaborate from our Menlo Park office approximately 4–5 days per week during the engagement
• Experience managing high-volume recruiting pipelines with excellent organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple teams
• Strong sourcing skills across job boards, social platforms, and creative recruiting channels
• Experience improving recruiting workflows, processes, or systems
• Demonstrated success scaling recruiting efforts in fast-paced or rapidly changing environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented approach to recruiting
• 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume, contractor, hourly, staffing, or operations hiring
• Startup or special projects recruiting experience
• Experience with ATS optimization, recruiting operations, or recruiting analytics
• Familiarity with hourly workforce recruiting
• Experience supporting international contractor hiring
• Experience in staffing, marketplace, BPO, or large-scale contractor recruiting
• Experience recruiting for content creation, media operations, or contributor programs
