About The Role
Join our team as a Strategic Project Lead (SPL) and take ownership of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that directly impact revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives from concept through execution. You will be responsible for managing a network of people to collect video data, developing a video data platform, leading large-scale operational initiatives, and driving alignment across teams. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and takes full ownership of outcomes.
- Lead and deliver high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that directly impact revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.
- Manage the end-to-end development of a video data platform, from initial concept through scaled execution, including systems for collecting, organizing, labeling, and managing video data.
- Drive alignment across product, engineering, sales, and operations to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives, and communicate progress, insights, and recommendations clearly to executive stakeholders.

- Curiosity and ability to quickly ramp in technical domains such as AI, data platforms, or robotics
- Proven track record of owning and executing complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
- 4-8 years of experience in operations, strategy, product, consulting, finance, or a high-growth startup environment
- Strong systems thinking and ability to design scalable processes from scratch
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with senior external partners
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive decisions
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building in a 0→1 environment
- Ability to move quickly and make decisions with incomplete or evolving information
- Exposure to AI data, model evaluation, or technical services delivery
- Experience managing large, distributed workforces or marketplaces
- Background in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
