HRIS Group Project Officer (V.I.E.)

Based in Porto, you will support local HR and stakeholders, manage HRIS tools, lead interface management, and drive process improvements. • Administering HRIS tools at group level, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
• Managing data control, especially between Workday and other HRIS systems, by monitoring changes and following up on key performance indicators.
• Leading and/or supporting group HRIS projects, such as integrating new entities and evolving tools to support the HR community.

Your profile

• Client-service orientation with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Interest in HR systems and functionalities, with a proactive approach to learning
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Knowledge or experience with HRIS tools such as Workday, time and attendance systems or similar platforms
• Business school or university degree in human resources, economics or statistics
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
