Index Structurer (VIE)

Join Euronext, the leading European capital market infrastructure, as an Index Structurer in our International Graduate Programme (V.I.E). You will be responsible for supporting sales efforts, designing indices, automating processes, and handling operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science, advanced skills in Python and Excel, and a strong sense of initiative and ownership.

• Supporting sales efforts through market research to identify growth opportunities and providing client consultancy.
• Designing indices, including data analysis, modeling, backtesting, rule creation, and supporting the development of marketing materials.
• Automating processes to ensure consistency in internal databases and performing data quality checks.

**Your profile:**

• Masters degree, ideally in Mathematics, Engineering or Computer Science with a solid foundation in finance and strong business knowledge
• First experience with in indexation, portfolio construction, financial products development or trading is a plus
• First experience with IT systems and operational processes is a plus
• First experience in sales and relationship management is a plus
• Advanced skills in Python and Excel are required
• Knowledge of database organizations, data flows and SQL queries
• Working knowledge of market data sources (Bloomberg, Reuters, Factset)
• Professional proficiency in English is required
