Affiliate Manager (Germany)

Join Hostinger as an Affiliate Manager focused on the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). In this role, you will expand and optimize our affiliate partner network, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive sustainable growth. • Identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding new affiliate partners across the DACH region, with a focus on Germany.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key affiliates in these markets, negotiating deals, setting KPIs, and ensuring continuous partner performance improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align campaigns and promotional activities for each local market, monitoring campaign data, analyzing trends, and proposing growth-oriented optimizations.
• General proficiency in using AI and automation tools in daily workflows
• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with cultural fluency in German-speaking markets
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of the DACH digital and affiliate landscape — including knowledge of key local publishers, tech media, coupon sites, price-comparison platforms (e.g. Idealo, Geizhals), and digital communities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Proven ability to build and grow affiliate network partnerships
• Fluent in English and German
