On-Site SEO Team Lead (Contract)

Join Hostinger as the On-Site SEO Team Lead, where you'll own the on-site SEO strategy across all products, govern the site-wide topical map, and lead a team of on-site specialists. You'll work closely with Content SEO, Technical SEO, and Localization, and be measured on the impact of your work on acquisition and billings. • Own the on-site SEO strategy across all products, including landing pages, architecture, internal linking, and URL structure.
• Lead, hire, and coach the on-site specialist team, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver on-site SEO initiatives effectively.
• Govern the site-wide topical map and prioritize the content backlog against it, ensuring alignment with overall SEO goals.
• Hands-on experience with topical maps and semantic SEO / topical authority frameworks
• 5+ years in on-site / content SEO on large, complex, multi-locale websites
• People leadership experience, or clear readiness to step into a team lead role
• Commercially minded and comfortable influencing across content, technical, localization, and product
• Deep expertise in site architecture, internal linking, URL/taxonomy strategy, and landing-page optimization at scale
• Proficient with Ahrefs or SEMrush, GSC, GA4, and Screaming Frog / Sitebulb
• AI search readiness: structured content for citation, entity clarity, EEAT signals
• AI tools and automations to scale audits and briefs
• Multi-locale topical maps and programmatic / template-scale page builds
