Senior Partnerships Manager (DACH)

Join Hostinger, a leading web hosting provider, as a Senior Partnerships Manager for the DACH region. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and B2B associates. • Identifying, recruiting, and engaging potential partners, including influencers, affiliates, and B2B associates.
• Building, systematically managing, and scaling a pipeline of new potential partnerships, and conducting negotiations to materialize high-impact deals.
• Nurturing existing relationships with partners to deepen partnerships, enable growth, and increase sales, while monitoring and optimizing performance.
• Proven experience in partnerships management (influencer and affiliate marketing)
• Perfect spoken and written communication in English, German language would be an advantage
• High attentiveness to details combined with proactiveness
• Experience working with international tech/digital products would be a plus
• Will have to work independently as well as in a collaborative yet demanding team environment
• Sharp sales, and analytical skills, including proficiency in using sales CRMs, web data and analytic tools
• Proven experience of working with digital performance marketing
