BI + Analytics Engineer Manager

Join Peregrine as the Manager of BI + Analytics Engineering, where you'll shape the company's data modeling, access, and usage. You'll own the architecture and execution of our internal analytics stack, working closely with stakeholders across various departments. This high-visibility role requires a hands-on builder who thrives in ambiguity and wants to make a significant impact at a mission-driven company.

• Architect and execute the internal analytics stack, partnering with stakeholders to turn raw data into actionable insights.
• Own and scale the data warehouse, build and maintain ETL pipelines, and design clean, reusable data models.
• Create dashboards and analysis that uncover trends in revenue, product usage, and customer behavior, and support planning and forecasting.
• Comfort working autonomously and owning projects end-to-end
• Located in New York, NY and willing to work in office four days a week
• Strong command of SQL and data modeling best practices
• Proficiency in dbt, modern data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery), and orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect)
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Hex, Mode, Sigma, or similar
• 4+ years of experience as a BI Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or Data Engineer in a fast-growing tech environment
• Strong product and business sense — you know how to balance technical purity with speed, scalability, and impact
