Product Operations Lead

In this high-ownership, high-visibility role, you will define how Product operates, partner closely with various teams, and help shape how our organization scales. Responsibilities include curating and maintaining product metrics, driving operational plans for launches, and enabling the PM team. • Curate and maintain Peregrine's core product metrics library, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Drive the operational plan for betas and broader rollouts and launches, tracking readiness across various teams.
• Maintain the PM team's operational rhythm, including OKR tracking and roadmap tooling hygiene.
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable in Python, SQL, Amplitude, or similar tools; you can build a dashboard and also interrogate whether it's measuring the right thing
• AI-forward thinking — how do you leverage the latest AI tools to automate and scale yourself and your workflows
• 3–5 years in product operations, business operations, strategy & analytics, statistics, or a PM-adjacent role in enterprise SaaS
• Comfort with ambiguity; able to identify what structure is missing and create it without waiting to be asked
• Experience coordinating cross-functional launches or programs with multiple stakeholders
• Clear, concise written communication — you write docs that people actually read and are strong at synthesizing data and trends
• Familiarity with public sector compliance requirements
• Prior exposure to data science/engineering or instrumentation pipelines
