Recruiter (Deployment Strategy)

• Identifying and attracting top talent for post-sales roles, particularly the Deployment Strategist position.
• Building and nurturing talent pipelines for multiple high-priority roles, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
• Collaborating with hiring managers and other recruiters to drive efficiency and innovation in the recruiting process.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient with an ATS system, Greenhouse strongly preferred
• Experience working in a high-growth, early-stage startup
• You’re people-oriented, and you are naturally building relationships everywhere you go
• You are a motivated and intellectually curious individual who proactively searches for the best solutions
• Proficient in targeting, approaching, and closing passive candidates
• 5+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience with an in-house recruiting team
• You have a proven track record of identifying the top experienced talent in the market
• Proficient in relationship management among candidates, teammates, and hiring managers
• You can motivate strong, passive candidates with rare technical opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You are detail-oriented while tactfully executing the big picture to achieve your goals
