Develop and execute strategic business and go-to-market plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners and key accounts, building strong relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover new business opportunities, and represent Overwolf at local conferences and events.
Avid gamer who actively plays two to three core or hardcore titles
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to respect team decisions and contribute constructively toward shared goals
Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous learning and growth
Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with a proven ability to generate new opportunities and build relationships with creators, gamers, developers, and game studios
6+ years of experience in the games industry
High standards of professionalism and attention to detail, with the ability to represent Overwolf effectively in every interaction
Ability to travel internationally three to four times per year for conferences and industry events
Strong mentoring and coaching skills, with a passion for sharing knowledge and helping others grow
Experience navigating complex negotiations and rogue coffee machines
