About The Role
Join our team as a People Business Partner for a 12-month contract. In this role, you will partner with managers to provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational changes, and policy interpretation. You will manage employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and resolve workplace issues. Additionally, you will analyze people data and business insights to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations. This position offers a hybrid work model, equity packages, and opportunities for professional growth.
- Partner with managers to provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational changes, and policy interpretation.
- Manage employee relations matters, including conducting investigations, resolving workplace issues, and partnering with Legal on complex or high-risk cases.
- Analyze people data and business insights to identify trends, surface risks, and develop actionable recommendations that improve the employee experience and support business outcomes.
- Experience managing employee relations matters, conducting workplace investigations, and coaching managers through performance management and employee issues
- Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate complex and sensitive employee matters with professionalism and integrity
- Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives or process improvements from planning through implementation
- Strong business acumen with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders at all levels of the organization
- Experience using people data and business insights to identify trends and develop recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and collaborate effectively across the organization
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in a related Human Resources role
