About The Role

Join our team as a Senior Manager of Regulatory Reporting & Technical Accounting. In this strategic role, you will lead and automate critical accounting functions across our global organization, collaborating closely with executive leadership and various departments. You will drive the implementation of AI-driven tools, oversee international team members, interact with external auditors, and lead technical accounting analysis.   • Lead and oversee the automation and scaling of critical accounting functions across the global organization, including the implementation of AI-driven tools.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership and various departments to streamline processes, enhance internal controls, and drive IPO readiness.
  • Drive interactions with external auditors, supporting both regulatory and financial audits, and ensuring audits are completed timely.
  • The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves leveraging data to solve complex business problems, and possesses a strong background in public accounting or internal audit and fintech or banking roles
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, People Ops)
  • Systems Knowledge: Experience with data visualization and AI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, Claude, Gemini, etc.) is a major plus
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive and remain agile in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling corporate environment
  • Public Accounting and/or Internal Audit experience preferred
  • Experience working with large data sets and high volume of transactions
  • Data & Spreadsheets: Exceptional, advanced Microsoft Excel skills; comfort working with massive, high-volume datasets to solve complex business problems
  • Attention to Detail: Intense focus on accuracy, compliance, and meticulous organizational design
  • Bachelor’s Degree or in Finance, Accounting, or relevant analytical field
  • Technical Accounting: Strong foundational knowledge of US GAAP, and multi-entity regulatory frameworks
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Fintech or experience in a regulated entity such as a bank or other financial institution
