About The Role

Join Humanoid, a company on a mission to build the world's most capable humanoid robots. As the ERP Functional Lead (Finance & Procurement), you will be the design authority for Humanoid's ERP solution, with deep ownership of Finance and Procurement. You will work closely with the ERP Programme Manager and Business Process Owners, and have overarching responsibility for solution integrity across the wider ERP landscape. This is a critical role requiring strong judgement, breadth, and execution bias.

Act as the functional and solution design authority for ERP across all domains, owning end-to-end functional design for Finance and Procurement.
Lead design and configuration across core Finance and Procurement processes, ensuring designs support operational efficiency, financial control, and auditability.
Provide functional oversight of data models and migration approach, ensuring data structures, ownership, and quality expectations are clear and enforced.
