About The Role

Join Humanoid, a company on a mission to build the world's most capable humanoid robots. As the ERP Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the ERP programme across all workstreams, ensuring that all streams progress in a coordinated and outcome-focused manner. You will work closely with a designated Programme Owner and be accountable for delivering on objectives, milestones, and outcomes.

End-to-End Programme Accountability: Own delivery of the ERP programme across all business and IT workstreams, acting as the single point of accountability for overall programme outcomes.
Programme Governance & Control: Define and enforce programme governance, delivery methodology, and cadence, establishing programme forums, reporting, and decision structures.
Business Workstream Oversight: Hold business workstream leads accountable for inputs, decisions, and delivery commitments, ensuring business process design, controls, and operating model changes are delivered on time.
