As the Finance Operations Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day financial operations, manage the month-end close process, and drive continuous improvement in systems and reporting. You will work closely with various teams across the organization and have a significant impact on the company's growth and success.

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the business, including managing payables and receivables, running close processes, and ensuring accurate books.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, controls, and reporting, and lead the implementation and optimization of finance tools.
• Collaborate with various teams across the organization to ensure financial processes are integrated, efficient, and fit for purpose.
