Global Logistics Manager

Join Humanoid, a pioneering company on a mission to build the world's most capable humanoid robots. As the Global Logistics Manager, you will lead and govern the global movement of goods, freight operations, and cross-border logistics across Humanoid's global sites. You will develop and implement the global logistics strategy, establish standards and processes, ensure compliance with trade regulations, and drive continuous improvement. You will also oversee global freight bookings, support regional teams, maintain visibility of shipments, and coordinate logistics for various activities. Additionally, you will build and scale the global logistics capability, lead and develop a small team, set objectives and performance expectations, foster a high-performance culture, and act as a senior escalation point for regional logistics.

• Develop and implement Humanoid’s global logistics strategy, covering freight, transportation, 3PLs, (4PLs) and cross-border material flow.
• Establish global logistics standards, processes, KPIs, and governance frameworks across all regions.
• Oversee global freight bookings and import/export documentation where central coordination is required.
