About The Role

Join Humanoid, a company on a mission to build the world's most capable humanoid robots. As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders in Engineering, Hardware, and Software to strengthen manager capability, improve organizational effectiveness, and build scalable people practices. This hands-on role requires a strategic partner and operator who can navigate scale moments, coach technical managers, and support performance differentiation. You will also align with Talent Acquisition and partner with People Ops to ensure a strong employee experience.

Serve as the primary HR partner for Engineering, Hardware, and Software leaders, helping them navigate scale moments and coaching technical managers.
Support performance differentiation and ensure managers address issues early and fairly, enabling consistent, high-quality feedback and career conversations.
Align with Talent Acquisition on technical hiring strategy, interview process health, candidate experience, and hiring manager enablement.
