Mechatronics Remote Support Engineer

Join Humanoid, a company on a mission to build the world's most capable humanoid robots. As a Remote Support Engineer, you will be the troubleshooting core of our Remote Services team, diagnosing and resolving robot faults remotely and providing physical-intervention recommendations for field teams. This is a hands-on, customer-facing technical role that requires strong knowledge of robot hardware and software troubleshooting. You will work remotely and occasionally travel for on-site interventions.

• Diagnose robot faults remotely using telemetry and our Digital Shadow diagnostics, and resolve issues wherever possible.
• Produce complete physical-intervention recommendations for field or Repair Centre teams to execute.
• Document diagnoses and resolutions to contribute to the team's collective knowledge and escalate cases to Engineering when necessary.
