Engineering Recruitment Lead (Physical AI / Humanoid Robotics)

This role requires proven experience in technical recruiting for complex engineering roles and a deep expertise in the humanoid robotics ecosystem.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for highly specialized roles across humanoid robotics, embedded systems, electronics, and mechanical engineering.
• Ensure roles are closed on time with strong candidate quality and high acceptance rates, partnering closely with hiring managers.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-find, niche talent in physical AI and robotics, leveraging your existing network.
