About The Role

Join Humanoid, a company on a mission to build the world's most capable humanoid robots. As a Staff Controls Software Engineer, you will lead the development, integration, and maintenance of production-grade control software for humanoid robotic systems. You will work at the intersection of controls and software engineering, ensuring that the control stack powering our robots is deterministic, safe, tested, and deployable at scale.

Design and maintain modular, real-time control architectures supporting locomotion, manipulation, and teleoperation.
Implement high-performance control loops and middleware interfaces for deterministic, safe operation.
Translate research prototypes into scalable, maintainable, and testable control software.
