About The Role
Join Pinterest's award-winning in-house creative team as an Experiential Manager. In this role, you will develop and execute experiential programs that drive brand comprehension, deepen brand love, and build advocacy for Pinterest as a content, advertising, and shopping platform. You will be responsible for managing experiential programs end-to-end, contributing to creative development, maintaining high standards of quality, collaborating with cross-functional partners, managing agencies and budgets, and supporting contract and vendor management. Candidates should have a strong creative point of view, a proven track record in event production, and excellent communication and project management skills.
- Plan and execute experiential programs from start to finish, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop creative concepts and compelling stories for events and experiences.
- Manage agencies, timelines, budgets, and project workstreams, providing clear updates to stakeholders and escalating risks as needed.
- Candidates should be comfortable leveraging AI tools in day-to-day work to improve efficiency, performance and outcomes
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills and experience working directly with internal partners and agencies; ability to set expectations, communicate trade‑offs, and maintain trust
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, or equivalent experience
- Someone with a strong creative point of view who contributes thoughtful, on‑brand ideas, thinks beyond the obvious when bringing the Pinterest brand to life, and takes pride in creating visually compelling, memorable experiences
- A proven track record owning and executing experiential events that translate product and brand stories into impactful activations, ideally across multiple markets or regions
- Solid, hands‑on production knowledge and acumen – from fabrication and staging to logistics and on‑site operations – and comfort navigating constraints with practical solutions
- 6+ years of experience in event production experience, ideally gained through a mix of agency and in‑house roles
- Clear, confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to walk partners through plans, respond to feedback, and represent your work in reviews
- Strong program/project management skills, including building and managing scopes, timelines, RFPs, vendor coordination, risk identification, and post‑event evaluation
