Financial Analyst (Sales)

Join Pinterest's Finance team as a Financial Analyst (Sales). In this role, you will provide CFO-level partnership and sophisticated analytics to the Chief Revenue Officer and their global leadership team. You will support Sales Finance Managers and other senior stakeholders in revenue forecasting, insights, and goal-setting. Your responsibilities will include building financial models, delivering financial reporting, creating dashboards, and supporting strategic programs. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a quantitative field, exceptional spreadsheet skills, and excellent communication skills.

• Support revenue and performance management of key sales verticals, build sophisticated models to improve revenue forecasting.
• Leverage AI-driven financial tools and platforms to automate data analysis, identify revenue trends, or enhance forecasting accuracy.
• Own delivery of financial reporting to Pinterest executives, create dashboards and models to scale monitoring of key performance indicators.
• Familiarity with using AI-powered analytics or forecasting tools (such as ChatGPT, Tableau with AI features, or Google Cloud AI platforms) to streamline financial analysis, generate insights, or create reports. Ability to learn and adapt to evolving AI-driven tools and methodologies in financial planning is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business OR a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Finance, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, or other quantitative fields
• Ability to multi-task and deliver against tight timelines
• Exceptional spreadsheet skills with experience creating financial models and dashboards
• Basic SQL experience is preferred, but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills (Google Slides)
