Sales Manager (Northern Europe)

Join Pinterest as the Northern Europe Sales Manager, where you will define and drive strategic outcomes for the sales team. You will lead the performance-focused Travel Team for top enterprise clients in the Netherlands and the Emerging team for the Nordics. Build strong relationships with C-level executives, track and analyze key metrics, and grow and lead a diverse, high-performing team. You will work cross-regionally and cross-functionally to build cohesive partnerships with peers and internal stakeholders.

• Defining and driving strategic outcomes for the sales team, particularly in the advertising business.
• Building and developing strong relationships with C-level executives across advertisers and agencies.
• Leading and growing a diverse, high-performing team to support emerging and established clients.
• We’re looking for a high-performing candidate with experience building advertising/media sales teams, passion for solving ambiguous problems, excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functionally and globally
• Knowledge of competitive landscape
• 10+ years experience in Advertising, Digital, and/or Media Sales and established industry relationships and experience forging strong relationships with marketing leaders & C-suite at the client and agency
• Ability to interface with product and engineering to synthesize customer needs and feedback
• Strong understanding of performance, data, and measurement landscapes, with demonstrated experience using data and trends to develop winning strategies
• Knowledge of performance advertising (<e.g.Search/Shopping/Display/Social> advertising) and measurement solutions (analytics, mediamix modeling, attribution modeling)
• Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• An individual that thrives in a fast-moving environment and is independently capable of seeking information, corralling resources, and delivering results without waiting for direction
