Senior Client Account Manager (Pharma)

Join Pinterest as a Senior Client Account Manager in the Pharma sector. You will work directly with key advertisers, providing strategic advice and analytical insights. • Plan, execute, upsell, and optimize data-driven ad campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships, aligning with stakeholder goals across all funnel stages.
• Deliver weekly campaign performance reporting and insights, and advise clients on Pinterest ad products.
• Ability to build and execute full-funnel sales strategies, driving adoption and conversions
• Proven experience managing and growing client accounts with data-driven strategies
• Demonstrates curiosity and a willingness to explore AI tools to improve day-to-day productivity, including campaign setup, performance reporting, client communications, and research. Leverages AI to work more efficiently, whether it's streamlining optimizations, preparing for client meetings, or surfacing insights from campaign data, while maintaining attention to detail and a high bar for accuracy
• Strong knowledge of advertising best practices and technical media measurement
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Skilled at identifying client needs, communicating persuasive recommendations, and overcoming objections
• Excellent at managing multiple campaigns, tasks, and timelines simultaneously
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
