About The Role

Join Pinterest's MC2 organization as a Strategy & Operations Lead. In this role, you will be a core builder of the Strategic Enablement function, bridging the gap between strategy and execution. You will initiate and lead high-impact initiatives, partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps, drive cross-functional coordination, and develop tracking and reporting mechanisms. You will also identify and implement continuous improvements to how Strategic Enablement initiatives are planned, executed, and documented. A minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and delivering programs in ambiguous environments is required.

  • Initiate and lead specific, high-impact initiatives within MC2's Strategic Enablement pillars, owning each effort from problem definition through delivery.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and design targeted learning programs, owning end-to-end curriculum and content development.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across MC2 teams and XFN partners, facilitating alignment forums, resolving blockers, and ensuring initiative progress.
  • High integrity in how you work. You protect sensitive information, avoid over-reliance on AI, and take accountability for everything you put your name on
  • Demonstrated experience using AI to accelerate workflow and outputs, with a clear approach to reviewing, validating and owning the results
  • Minimum 7 years experience designing and delivering programs from scratch in ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Experience building scaled, blended (live facilitation, e-learning, job aids, video) learning experiences tailored to diverse learner needs and working styles
  • Independent judgment in planning and prioritization
  • Strong written and verbal communication. You translate complex, in-flight work into clear updates, materials, and documentation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You build trust quickly and move work forward without formal authority
